All conference and luncheon attendees should be aware that we have a non-solicitation policy.

Please be aware that AFUND’s non-solicitation policy is in effect for all AFUND events.

Guests shall conduct themselves in a professional manner at all AFUND events. Mass solicitation and solicitation at our events is prohibited unless authorized in advance.  This specifically refers to any attendee who engages in unwanted solicitation or obtains names of other attendees for future solicitation for the purpose of realizing a monetary gain.  

Additionally please note:

• Where business cards are exchanged, it should be done on a voluntary basis and in a professional manner.
• Non-paying attendees will NOT be allowed to solicit members in any other way during AFUND meetings, seminars or other events.
• Only investor relations firms and consultants who have client companies presenting are allowed to attend.
• Any solicitation of or for Investor Relations, marketing, corporate finance or consulting services of any kind are explicitly prohibited at all AFUND events. Should a violation of this policy occur, we will escort any and all parties in violation of policy out of the event.
  

Any solicitor found attending the conference who is not an approved and sponsoring vendor will be asked to leave.
