Monday morning has the possibility of a strong up move. We are therefore taking profits in short term shorts TODAY, reducing lowering stops for intermediate term shorts and in some cases going long MOC (Market on close) if DJIA 10200 or below and buying e.g. Sunoco (long term value hold).
Note: this is a counter trend trade in our view and therefore very tricky and dangerous. In any case, we intend however to reshort on any real strength and again later in the week.

So far DJIA 11200 and SPU 1416 is holding. The bonds will start moving south next week. We have Saturn/Uranus this weekend, then two more astrology landmines later this month and more next month.
A repeat of WSNW 38F Pricing sell and an appropriate time to Sell!

IF DJIA 11200 and SPU 10416 continue to hold, then a downward test is expected on next Monday. P1 target is DJIA 10690 and SPU 1350.

We expect by 3pm (Bond Close) A top SHOULD be in place and SPU 1400 a strong ceiling. If so, traders will begin to search for the bottom, i.e. the markets are going DOWN, DOWN.

MAY 12 WSNW Alert 38 MAY 12: While the markets are tottering at the brink, you may be able to play a few weeks more, but then again, maybe only a few days or hours. Given our nature, to prefer safety, and we wish to be able to sleep at night:
INVESTORS: We are moving up our suggested deadline of 40% cash allocation to this week.
TRADERS: We are going triple short, one position today, one tomorrow and one Friday. Each should be ideally above 11,000, but by/before Friday even DJIA 10,800 support may be severely tested. A few hours later, Rubin announced with resignation, market dropped to 10813 (-213 points) and 30 handles on SPM!

The question whether to wait for Microsoft news and short before and/or after? Most likely we will do one of each. We are shorting on opening. Maximum Upside risk we forsee if wrong is 10,300-10,500 over the next 6 weeks. P1 Target 10,000 P2 9900 P3 9500.

We are selling on market open. If however, the market is positive on close, we close out our shorts.
