Hi-Tech is buildingTomorow's World Today. Welcome to the 21st century.
A: With a freshly cleared SEC registration statement and confirmation that IHI's operations and financial position meet NASDAQ's listing criteria, IHI expects to attract a new underwriting syndicate in the near future. Discussions with several Canadian and U.S. investment bankers are ongoing, and it remains the objective of the Company to complete a significant equity financing this year.
Q2: What are the fundamental prospects for the company; are there any sales projections? I don't like to invest in a company just because the astrology looks good, because I am not able to analyze that.
A: IHI already has agreements and letters of intent in place which commit its initial production capacity. One third of the capacity will be allocated to the production of panels for committed Joint Venture factories; the remainder of production capacity will be allocated for domestic and overseas projects. In the first year of operations, it is their intention to undertake a variety of projects that will demonstrate the versatility of the technology and its suitability for multiple building uses (commercial, residential, industrial) and densities (hi-rise, lo-rise, single family). The Company's income statement and cash flow projections indicate a positive cash flow and profits after six months of production.
Q3 : You say every time is THE GOOD YEAR to invest in IHI. What is the company actually doing? If IHI were that good, then investors would have discovered the potential and propelled the stock price multiple times like they do with certain starter companies in Belgium and on the Easdaq with no sales and profits.
A: IHI is a late stage development company. Once the first fully automated
factory is completed and the Hi-Tech System is in production, IHI's potential
will be recognized. The completion of the first factory has been the priority
for management rather than the "promotion" of the stock. When this is accomplished,
it should finally have the desired effect on the stock price.
HW: Early perhaps, but wrong I don't think so. I only wish my wife would
let me buy more. Microsoft rewarded initial investors with a 24,000+ return,
why should I expect less from IHI? :) But hey, what do I know? I could
be wrong - but then again I AM A LEO!!!
HW: Yes much capital is needed but they ARE raising it. At this point in time I consider Mr Rached a personal friend so I have only say nice things regarding him. As I have invested considerable personal funds in IHI as well as continue to recommend it to my family and friends, I obviously consider IHI quite favorably. I suggest you continue to track its progress, and don't invest unless you personally feel comfortable. Email Investor Relations, or call 1-800-838-8090 to receive company updates.
Remember, $1 stocks are NOT IBM. By the time they are, they are $100! I treat IHI stock like a non expiring option and obviously subject to GREAT RISK, (loss of principal) with a potential HIGH reward.
We believe IHI to be one the best new SRI investment in the second half of the 90's. Our reasoning:
1. IHI meets urgent worldwide human need for vastly improved disaster resistant buildings and housing -- EXCEEDING all previous commercial fireproof, earthquake proof, flood proof and hurricane proof standards. Factories can be built locally within weeks of a major disaster.
2 . (i) IHI's efficient use of CADCAM design and robotic manufacturing eliminates waste of raw materials usage/conventional construction averages 5-10%, vs. 0% for IHI.
(ii) IHI's efficiency design e.g. heating/cooling averages 30% savings over conventional buildings.
(iii) IHI's steel and concrete construction is designed to last centuries, further reducing drain on global resources.
(iv) As IHI housing is at least 30% cheaper than conventional housing, this will allow strained government budgets to build more low income housing.
3. 20% of IHI's manufacturing capacity is reserved to meet social needs e.g., schools, hospitals, churches, and an additional 20% IS reserved for lower income housing.
NON EXPERIENCED OR NON SOPHISTICATED INVESTORS:
Please be forewarned of the substantial risks of investing in new startup
companies and be sure to check with your broker or financial advisor before
investing.
1) They will revolutionize the construction industry like Microsoft did the computer industry
2) Starting from "nothing", they will become one of the key global companies and therefore
3) Over a ten year period it will be an excellent "dream" buy and hold.
A: It is a countdown until the factory opening and the start of production.
A: I DON'T THINK YOU WILL LOSE IT ALL. REMEMBER "NO PAIN, NO GAIN."
While there is naturally a high degree of risk in such a play, I would
counsel patience and considering adding at what in the future may seem
like incredible prices.
A: IT IS MY FAVORITE AGGRESIVE-SPECULATIVE SMALL CAP PLAY. YES I DO!
Hi Henry heard you speak at the A.F.A. convention in Chicago. Are you still recommending IHITF? Do you still feel like 2000 shares of it could possibly make one a millionaire? I am interested in buying some of in the next month. Will the rising interest rates or the downturn in the market affect it negatively? If not, when do you think the price of it will take off? Thanks. Your work is wonderful keep it up!!
NOT 2000 SHARES, BUT 20,000 COULD. I STATED THAT 2,000 SHARES COULD
PAY FOR ONE'S CHILD'S EDUCATION. WHILE IHITF IS TAKING MUCH LONGER TO REACH
ITS GOAL THAN I INITIALLY PROJECTED, WE ARE STILL EXTREMELY BULLISH IN
THE INTERMEDIATE AND LONG TERM FOR IHI. OF COURSE, YOU MUST DO YOU OWN
DUE DILIGENCE.
A: IHI COULD GO AS LOW AS $1 OR EVEN LOWER. NOT A GOOD IDEA TO AVERAGE DOWN, YOU COULD DOUBLE UP POSITIONS IF YOU WISH, BUT DON'T CONTINUE TO BUY ON THE WAY DOWN. BETTER WAIT UNTIL ON THE WAY UP AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE FACTORY OPENING AND THE START OF PRODUCTION. AFTER THAT, AVERAGING DOWN I BELIEVE IS A GOOD IDEA.
Q: Is IHI the next Microsoft or Bre-x?
A: MICROSOFT, BREX HAD DIFFERENT ASTROLOGICAL CONFIGURATIONS!
